A: Your order confirmation is sent automatically to the e-mail address provided on your order. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your SPAM folder first. Q: What do I do when I receive an order process error notification?
A: Our e-commerce team recommends you check your Paypal account first – most order process errors occur because Paypal cannot sync properly with your bank account or there are not enough funds in your Paypal balance. If there appears to be no problem with your Paypal account, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: How do I get a promotion?
A: Discounts are applied during limited-time promotions. For your chance at a promotion or to be updated on upcoming promotions and announcements, follow us on social media.
Q: How do you notify me if an item is out of stock after my order has been placed?
A: If an item in your order is out of stock after your order has been placed, our customer service team will send notification via email to get a final confirmation of partial cancellation.
Q: Where do you ship in the US and its extended territories?
A: We happily ship to all 50 states in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Puerto Rico and Hawaii, Alesska
Q: Can you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship to only Canada at this time. Shipment costs to Canada are different depending on the order amount.
Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?
A: inobeauties.com offers FREE standard shipping within the US on orders of $50 or more, before tax or shipping is applied. For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $4.95 for standard shipping via USPS.

Q: Can I use your products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
A: While we take care of using the best natural ingredients in our products, we always recommend those expecting or breastfeeding to consult with their health care professional or dermatologist before beginning a new skincare regime.
Please check our warning labels to see which products are not recommended for those who are pregnant/breastfeeding and note that we do not use hazardous ingredients in our products but we like to go the extra mile and add these label as an added precaution for our valued expecting customers and their future babies!
Q: Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
A: While some of our products are gentle and naturally, we highly recommend testing your skin sensitivity by applying a small amount of the product to the lower inner forearm and waiting for the instructed time.
If you receive an adverse reaction, we recommend discontinuing use immediately. We also advise users to check the ingredients list available on all our product packaging to avoid any allergic reaction.
Q: I had an allergic/adverse reaction to a product – what do I do?
A: Although we use natural ingredients with no harmful chemicals, we advise discontinuing use of the product immediately if experiencing an adverse reaction.
Remove the product quickly and thoroughly – completely cleansing the affected area and applying Aloe Vera or a cold compress if needed.
Should the reaction persist or if you feel necessary, contact your medical professional or dermatologist who may better advises regarding your specific symptoms and needs. Please contact us at email@example.com to inform us of the product used and the reaction that occurred.
